About Caliber Financial Management Ltd
Caliber Financial Management Ltd was formed specifically to meet the demanding criteria for a Chartered Practice. The Financial Advisers within the
business have a wealth of financial services experience in all areas, as well as a high level of formal qualification, and the business can trace its origins
back more than 40 years.
The faces of Caliber Financial Management
Roger Yates is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow
of both the Chartered Insurance Institute and the
Personal Finance Society. Founder of the business that is
now Caliber Financial Management Ltd, Roger was
previously a Branch Manager for a major insurance
company.

Paul Ormerod has worked in Banking and finance for 22
years and holds specialist qualifications in pensions and
mortgages. Having previously worked for large
insurance companies, Paul became an Independent
Financial Adviser when he joined the business in 2003,
and is now a Director.
Debbie Armstrong finds time to combine her career as an
Independent Financial Adviser with being a mother and a
parallel career as a Compliance Officer. Having first joined
the industry in 1988, she has always worked closely with
Accountancy and Solicitor practices, and now offers
financial solutions to their Clients.
John Spinney is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance
Institute as well as being a Diploma Holder of the Personal
Finance Society. John became an Independent Financial
Adviser in 1996, having already worked within the Financial
Services for over 20 years. He specialises in pensions,
collective investments and Inheritance Tax planning.
Tony Segaller is a Fellow of The Chartered Insurance
Institute as well as being a Diploma Holder of the
Personal Finance Society. He joined the Financial Services
industry in 1962 and as well as being an active
Independent Financial Adviser, he is an experienced
lecturer on pre-retirement courses for major household
name employers.
